Goodies Giveaway!!! - Still room for 2!!

Alright, you all know how much I love giving stuff away, so here's ANOTHER giveaway for you! Saw this over at Shaela's blog and wanted to play long. Here's how to play:

The first 5 people to comment on this post will receive something made by me. But there is a catch... Here are the rules:
  1. It's my choice what to make... and you won't know what it will be until you get it!
  2. I make no guarantees that you will like what I make, but I hope you do!
  3. What I create will be just for you - completely original. :)
  4. It will be done this year. (that's what the rule says, but I'll probably get it to you in a month or so ;)
  5. Now for the catch. The catch is that you must re-post this on your blog and offer the same giveaway to the first 5 people who do the same on your blog. It's all about sharing the love! Be sure to come here and post a link, cuz I WILL check your blog! *wink*

Challenges A Plenty ~ and some of My Favorites!!!

I have bought a few sets since joining SCS and decided to do a few member company challenges. The first was a get inky challenge in the GinaK Designs forum. The challenge was to use a set you have not inked. I have used all my sets at least once, but I did ink up 2 of the images in a set for this card above...

The next one was the weekly Stamping Bella sketch challenge. I used a bitty bloom image I received from Sparkle through Wish RAK. I think this one turned out really cute!

This last one is a favorite!!!! I got my very first 2 My Favorite Things sets today and I had to ink them up!!! I got this set and a flopsy set also. I love the card above! I used my aquapainter for a watercolor effect and I am so happy with the overall results!!!

Anyways, I am making an effort to get a bit more sleep every night so I am making this a quick post. As always, thanks for popping by and let me know what you think!!!

Blogger #3 Challenge #6

I had hoped to get this posted before the deadline. Melanie posted an awesome challenge to make a masculine card with at least 2 stamps, solid bg, a DP and at least 1 embellishment. It was due a few days ago, but I have been so busy I didn't get a chance to post mine. I am posting it now and am going to send it to April because she was legit on her deadline. Sorry blog sistahs!! I am going to do the next challenge and photo and upload to my computer so I have no problems with this one!!
Thanks for stopping in!

Stamping away the afternoon...

I spent the afternoon at my sister's house yesterday and I had a great time. Tricia stamped her thank you cards from her baby shower and Lianne and I managed to do a couple of sketch challenges and then decided to alter notebooks. I have been itching to use my new SU! set Sip by Sip so I decided to use it for my book. I thought it turned out pretty cute! What do you think?

4 my Valentines!!

Just a quick one today. I got these as a special RAK from c-mouse on Split Coast Stampers. She sent me 4 of these adorable target mailboxes and I just LOVES playing with them! I made one to tuck each of my kids Valentine treats into and it is bad because I just want MORE and I live in Canada... :( Oh well... Someday maybe!

As always thanks for popping by! Oh - and Happy Valentine's Day!

Cuddly Valentine

I made this for the High Hopes sketch challenge. This is the first time I have done one of theirs. I used a GinaK stamp set Cuddles & Hugs. I put it on watercolor paper and used my aqua painter to color it in. I was pretty happy with the results. I decided I wanted to make a non traditional Valentine colored card.

As always thanks for stopping by and if you like what you see, please leave me a comment! Thanks so much!

Throw Something at me Mister!!!

I am in the funnest (I know-not a real word...) swap on Split Coast!!! It is a Mardi Gras swap and we have some conditions to meet. One of the conditions is to include a trinket. Well I was totally inspired by an idea in the January Stampin Success mag. So I decided to tackle my own version of the hodgepodge hardware necklace and I just love it!!! Traditional Mardi Gras colors are purple, green and gold, all shades. I wanted to make the trinket to match... What do you think???

As always thanks for popping in and if you are inspired make sure you let me know!!!
