Fun color challenges with the Bellas!
As I said - I wanted to post a few bella color challenges for you all that I made this week. The top one here is BCC65. I used regal rose, taken with teal, pretty in pink and gable green. I neglected to realize it was supposed to be a valentine but I needed a birthday card...
The one right below is one I actually love quite a bit. I made it for my niece's wedding. Stevie and Dan a huge congrats to you both!!! It is made with so saffron, bravo burgundy & bordering blue. I had to add glasses to the groom though... :) It is for BCC64.
Last one I made is for color challenge 62. Another card that had a twist I didn't see. We were supposed to combine it with a sketch challenge. Of course - that part I figured that part out after I finished... Oh well! I made this for a little boy baby card for my other niece (not the recently married one...lol). Congrats to you Jen on the arrival of your beautiful little baby boy!!
All of the challenges can be found here...
As always, thanks for stopping by, putting up with my ramble, and please let me know what you think!!

Busy Girl....
I have been stamping, honest!!! I am the worst for the pictures and posting... So today I have a few bella sketch challenges I am posting to start. Tomorrow I will post my color challeges. These can be found in the Stamping Bella member forum on Split Coast Stampers. The bubble bath bella is for challenge. I used blues and brown. Liquid applique for the odd bubble to add dimension.
The second is for challege 65 posted yesterday. I used red riding hood, old olive and pink pirouette. I am sending this one off to a bella sistah (late...) for her birthday.
So I am off to the Dr. and then to work. I am sure they are mad at me for feeling crappy and my sick kids, but I was really only off not even 2 days, so it shouldn't be too bad. Ugh! Why can't I just win the lotto??? :) Have a great day!

Color challenge and other fun stuff!!
Well, I had a chance to participate in todays Color challenge CC201 on SCS which was kraft, not quite navy and baja breeze. I used my Bombshell Stamps set - which I love! I ordered another set and can't wait for it to be shipped! I love how the little fringe on her bottoms glitters and I am practicing using a solid color on a paper other than white. I am really liking how it turned out!
As it was - this card I made today before I even opened the color challenge. I was inspired to make something with a flirty masculine feel. I sponged the bashful with close to cocoa and also craft white. I was pretty happy with both my cards today! I posted them together as they are quite similar. What do you think???
As always, thanks for popping in!

I was home with sick kids today and didn't even have a chance to stamp until this evening after supper. I am hoping the kids are OK tomorrow - I don't have anymore sick days left at work... :( So if they are sick it will have to be without pay...
Anyways, I did manage to get my thanks for holiday gifts done. I just did up a simple card and used my new curly label punch and stamp set for them.
I used some SU! dp and certaily celery cs for the base. I also used some always artichoke and bashful tafetta.

Hi all! Thanks for dropping by! I am so exited to share my post today with you! It is my first position for InStyle Stamps as a Card of the Month designer. So my month is actually January! I am so excited to share this girl with you! Her name is Roxy and I am just so thrilled to have had the chance to play with her. She is so hip and cool! I get the 60's hippie vibe from her and had a ton of fun creating and I am looking forward to making a ton more projects with her and her friends!
I used SU cardstock in temping turqoise, gable green and pixie pink. I am not real sure where to credit the dp from. I added some pink gg ribbon and some stick on gems for her funky earrings. The stamp is Roxy from InStyle Stamps. As always your opinions are greatly appreciated and thanks for popping in!!
