A little Nosalgia...

Well, I was cleaning in my basement, painting the concrete floor so it doesn't seem like such a dungeon and was inspired by some of my paper I found to make a card.  I used this image from Stampin' Up! from a set I just mounted for the occasion.  I also used some Elegant Eggplant paper as the main card base.  I love it because the colors make it appropriate for either a masculine or feminine card.

I see I suck at taking photos.  I really need a decent camera to take pictures.  Sorry for the cutting off of one side.

As always thanks so much for coming by today and as always I would love if you want to leave feedback!

What if...

Decided I was going to randomly close my eyes and pick a set off of the shelf.  Turned out to be Smarty Pants by Stampin Up!.  I wanted to use a coordinating stamp that appeared to have a little attitude to it.  I think Cosmobella from Stamping Bella worked perfectly!  A cuttlebug background, some celery ribbon, primas and I have a completed project!

As always, thanks so much for popping in!  I have some renos to do this weekend so I likely won't get another post on here for a few days.  Enjoy your weekend!

Love love love my card I did last night!  I have has DS's teacher collecting bottle caps for me for a craft I want to make and so she sent some home with my son yesterday.  I wanted to let her know how much I appreciated it so I made her a quick card.  I love using black and white and I love my In the Wild set. The cutest brads I got from Gina K quite some time ago.

I hope she enjoys it.  My son took it to her today.

Thanks so much for stopping by today!  I really appreciate the support!  :)

Gorjuss flower girl

I made this card the other morning.  I was supposed to be doing laundry but I got side tracked. LOL.  I used a Gorjuss Girl stamp, they are some of my favs!  and some blues.  I loved how the prima turned out with the sparkly gold brad. :)

Thanks so much for popping by today!  I would love any feedback you have. Thanks!

This was a cute and quick set I made for my supervisor for Christmas.  I know, it's a bit early, but I feel like time gets away from me so fast if I don't do things as I get inspired, they never seem to get finished.  So this was to ease me back into stamping.  I used a mini calendar template and bookmark template from over at Splitcoast Stampers, and found the perfect scalloped chipboard in my stash that I had received some time ago in a secret sister swap.  It was the perfect size and my SS had also included some matching scalloped pieces to layer over the chip board.  She was awesome!

I also love the ribbon that Stampin' Up! put out a while back.  I think it is so pretty and adds some sophistication to my projects!  lol...

Thanks so much for stopping by today!  Hope you had an awesome weekend and are looking forward to a great week ahead!

Happy Birthday uncle Bob! Old Guys Rule! :)

I feel so good!  I have stamped something the past few days and it makes me happy to be back doing what I love.  I can't guarantee how well I will keep up my blog, for now intentions are good.  This card I made with the Card Sketch challenge over at Splitcoast Stampers.  The key code SC454.  I can't say what all I used as I am working through all kinds of supplies I have not used in so long.

This card will be going to my uncle along with his overdue birthday present.  Thank you so much for popping by and feel free to leave feedback.  I appreciate anything you have to say!

Wow, so much for Resolutions...

Well, I see my posting regularly failed me miserably.  However I did get a chance to get to my stamp table last night.  I needed a break and a friend of mine had her birthday today so I wanted to make her something.  I also figured I had better start making my Christmas cards so I have enough done in time for mailing.  So just a quick post today, but hope you enjoy!

Take care.  Thanks so much for popping by today and I hope you enjoy your Thursday!

As promised!  My first card post for 2013.  This is a fun card I made and Madi wanted to use for her friend's birthday.  The image is from Stamping Bella, ketto I believe... I love the crochet flowers from Stampin Up!  As well, I am going into a stamp club, the second one I will have been in ever other than hosting them, so I am excited about that.  Our first one is Jan 25, so I will add those projects when I post.  Thanks so much for your patience with me and I am so happy to slowly be back stamping and sharing with you on my blog!

Thanks so much for coming by today!  Happy New Year!
Happy 2013!!!!  This year one of my resolutions is to average posting once a week.  Last year was pathetically sad at 2 posts for the year.  It was a bad year for me, so I want to freshen this year up and move forward!  I hope that you will join me in embracing 2013 and I will be posting my first project soon!

Thanks so much for stopping by!  :)
