2 posts today! I sometimes think that isn't the best because then sometimes the first post doesn't get the love it might deserve... :) This card is for my blogging sisters challenge. It was to create a card using a non traditional fold. I did both the inside and the outside of the card. I am not used to decorating the inside, but it sure adds a lot to the card!

Anyways, I really love how this one turned out!!! I hope my secret sis loves it too... I am making her package with a holiday theme... I think that with the time of year it is OK to do.

Well, thanks for stopping in - again - and let me know what you think!

Pretty Purple Kini.........

This is the card I did for the stamping bella twisted challenge this week in the Stamping Bella Forums on Splitcoast Stampers. The challenge was to use a purple color and use paper piecing. I think she is super together and ready for teh beach for some fun!! Inside I just stamped Happy Birthday. I don't use her much and I am challenging myself to use more of my stamps I bought and never seem to pull out... :)

As always, thanks for popping by and let me know what you think!!

The Mummy, the Witch and the Pirate...

This is a bad picture but I need to get some batteries for my camera to get some better shots when I use thicker embellishments... I just love this stamp from Stamping Bella! The mummy, the witch and the pirate is just too cute!! I was at my LS today and got some DP 2 for 1 and the embellishments were 25% off... woohoo! I got a pkg of halloween flowers and also a package of 4 halloween ribbons. Too cute! I may have to make a couple cards to send my friends in Calgary!!! Love them!

Thanks for popping in and as always, I would love to know what you think!

I am so excited for the free digi images that MFT is giving away this weekend (redeem code freedigi)!! Thanks so much Kim!! I chose Baby it's Cold Outside as my free digital image. I have not really used them and they could never replace my stamps and ink ut I did have fun and will enjoy making more cards with it!

Anyhow, this is just a quick one but I would love to know what you think! Thanks so much for popping in and see you soon!

MMMMMM....... Delicious!!

OK, I really need some input on this one! It is my first recipe swap and I am not really sure how bad this is... and I have 2 spots for this swap. It is crock pot recipes and I LOVE my crock pot! I just don't want to dissapoint anyone else in the swap! I have the recipe and base for my second set and I hope to have these in the mail this weekend.

I printed the recipe on card stock and found the cutest DP in my local scrap store that reminded me of homestyle cookin'... I had to use an embellishment and 2 layers. I needed something and so I put n the acorns, since I don't have much food type themed stamps that would work too good. I think looking now I could have used something other than the amythest to tie it together better.

Anyhoo... thanks for popping in and as always your feedback is all read and appreciated!!! See you soon!

Delightful Day

I am so sorry to have neglected my blog!! I feel like I didn't stamp in ages, but I have a card today and some Halloween goodies in the next couple days I want to post that my 4 yo helped me with...

This one is a card I made because I wanted to use more than the 1 embellishment I usually do. I decided to layer some paper and add some lacy ribbon and shiny pearl dots. I think it turned out pretty good! I am hoping to be back in the stamping swing this week and keep in gear. I had a good day because I finally got some mojo AND a chance to get to my table! Whoot!

Thanks so much for popping by and as always, I love hearing what you think!

Take care of you...

This is a card I made upon request of my boyfriend. He has a co-worker/friend who already battled cancer once and found out recently that it is back full force. Tonight is a fundraiser they are having for him, so my boyfriend wanted the card to give him. He asked for a saying and I thought this is a perfect sentiment to go on the card. They haven't much hope left for him. I thought this best summed up how to live - regardless of how much living anyone has left to do. I hope it is appropriate. I thought it seemed good.

Thanks for popping in and let me know what you think!
