I was placing an order for some stamps and saw this one. I added it at the last second, not realizing it was a digital image. I do still love it, but I really struggle with these as my printer ink always seems to smear when I color in my images. Can anyone tell me some suggestions to avoid this???

Anyways, she is from sugar nellie and it is called dreamcatcher. I love the image as my boyfriend and children have some aboriginal ancestry and dreamcatchers are part of their heritage. I was happy with the end result of the card. I loved the colors too.

So thanks for stopping by and as always I would love to know what you think!

Hi Angie.. try embossing the image as soon as it comes off the printer with some clear powder and a heating tool. Or, you could give it a light spray of a fixative (don't know the name, sorry). Mel McCarthy has some terrific tips.. just google for her blog. But in any case.. your card is darling. Stay warm.. I'm sending hugs your way, Peggy

I'm no help with the printer ink situation as mine never smears. Some people say to let their image sit for awhile before coloring but I don't even have to do that. Love your card!
